Abstract Background
Vextrell Construction team

A contractor who takes ownership of the whole project

Vextrell Construction was built around a simple idea: home improvement should be handled with the same care and organization as any serious construction project. Whether we're renovating a single room or working throughout an entire home, we take responsibility for the details, keep the work moving, and stay involved from the first conversation through completion.

Our team handles remodeling, finish work, structural construction, and exterior improvements, while coordinating licensed specialty trades when the project calls for them. The result is one well-organized project instead of a collection of disconnected jobs.

What types of projects do you take on?

We handle residential remodeling, flooring, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, kitchen projects, deck construction and repair, pergolas, siding, patios, and other improvement work. We generally focus on projects large enough to require organized construction rather than very small handyman jobs.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. For many projects, we can start by reviewing photos, measurements, and a description of the work. Larger or more complicated projects may require an on-site visit before we can provide accurate pricing.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends heavily on the scope. Smaller projects may take one or two days, while remodeling or structural work can take several weeks. We provide a projected schedule before work begins and let you know if permits, material lead times, or other factors may affect it.

Do you handle permits when they are required?

Yes. We coordinate the permitting process for projects that require it, including applications, required documentation, and inspections.

Can you work on only part of a home, or do you only do full remodels?

We do both. Some clients hire us for a single room, flooring, drywall, painting, or finish work, while others need larger multi-room or whole-home remodeling.

Do you work on repairs as well as new construction?

Yes. We handle repairs when the scope makes sense for our crew, including structural repairs, deck and pergola repairs, siding work, and repairs discovered during remodeling.

What areas do you serve?

We work throughout the Sacramento area, including Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Folsom, and nearby communities.

Is your work backed by a warranty?

Yes. Our contracts include warranty coverage for applicable workmanship. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of work and are provided with the project agreement.

Home remodeling and construction in the Sacramento area

Vextrell Construction provides residential remodeling and construction services throughout the Sacramento area. We work on projects of all sizes, from updating a single room or replacing flooring to extensive renovations involving multiple areas of the home.

As a licensed general contractor, we can take responsibility for projects that involve several stages of construction rather than leaving homeowners to coordinate the work themselves. We handle the construction within our scope and coordinate qualified specialty trades when plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other specialized work is required.

Our focus is simple: understand what you want to accomplish, develop a clear scope of work, organize the project properly, and deliver a finished result that feels like a complete improvement to your home.

Whole-home remodeling

When several areas of a home need attention, tackling them as one coordinated renovation can make much more sense than completing a series of disconnected projects.

Vextrell Construction handles extensive home renovations that can include demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, doors, trim, painting, exterior improvements, and other construction required to bring the different parts of the project together.

Every home is different, so we don’t try to force larger renovations into a predetermined package. We start with the existing property, your priorities, and the improvements you want to make, then determine the practical path from the current condition to the finished home.

Interior remodeling

A renovation doesn’t need to involve the entire house.

We take on individual rooms and targeted interior improvements as well, including kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, offices, flooring replacement, drywall and finish work, interior doors, trim, painting, and related improvements.

This also makes Vextrell a good fit for projects that fall somewhere between a small repair and a complete remodel. If several things need to happen to finish one space properly, we can approach them as one construction project rather than treating every task separately.

Kitchen remodeling

The kitchen is often one of the most construction-intensive rooms in a home. A renovation may involve cabinets, countertops, flooring, drywall, lighting, painting, finish carpentry, appliance changes, and modifications to the existing layout.

We manage the construction as a complete project and coordinate the appropriate specialty trades when electrical, plumbing, or other licensed work is needed.

Whether the goal is a straightforward update or a substantial redesign, the objective is the same: create a kitchen that works better for the way you use your home and feels consistent with the rest of the property.

Flooring and interior finishes

Sometimes a home doesn’t need to be rebuilt. It simply needs to be brought up to date.

We install and replace flooring and complete the related finish work necessary to make the improvement feel complete. Depending on the project, that may include laminate or other flooring, baseboards, trim, drywall repairs, painting, doors, and transitions between existing and renovated areas.

These projects can be completed independently or incorporated into a larger renovation.

Exterior home renovation

The outside of a home deserves the same attention as the inside.

Vextrell Construction handles exterior renovation projects involving siding, stucco, exterior doors, structural repairs, trim, painting, and other improvements to the building exterior.

Exterior work is often about more than appearance. Aging materials, water exposure, deterioration, and previous construction can reveal conditions that need to be addressed before new finishes are installed. We look at the project as a complete assembly rather than simply covering the existing problem with a new surface.

Siding and stucco

New siding or stucco can dramatically change the appearance of a house while also providing an opportunity to address aging or damaged exterior materials.

We handle siding replacement, localized siding work, stucco repair and replacement, exterior trim, and related construction. When demolition exposes damaged framing, sheathing, waterproofing, or other underlying conditions, we can evaluate the additional work and incorporate the necessary repairs into the project.

Our goal is not simply to make the repaired area look good on completion. We want the work behind the finished surface to be done properly as well.

Deck construction and replacement

Vextrell’s construction experience includes everything from straightforward backyard decks to elevated structures requiring engineering, permitting, and substantial structural work.

We build new decks and replace existing structures using wood and composite decking systems. Projects can include pressure-treated framing, redwood or composite decking, stairs, railings, privacy walls, built-in features, lattice, and other elements needed to create a complete outdoor space.

For projects requiring permits or structural engineering, we can help coordinate that process as part of the overall project.

Pergolas, patio covers and outdoor living

Outdoor improvements can turn an unused portion of the property into a space that becomes part of everyday life.

We build pergolas, patio covers, decks, privacy structures, and other outdoor living improvements designed around the home and the way the space will actually be used.

These features can be completed as individual projects or combined with broader exterior renovations involving siding, concrete, doors, landscaping interfaces, or other improvements.

Concrete patios and exterior improvements

We also take on concrete patios and related exterior construction as part of creating functional outdoor spaces.

A new patio can provide the foundation for a seating area, pergola, patio cover, or larger backyard renovation. When several improvements are planned together, we can coordinate them as parts of the same project so dimensions, elevations, transitions, and finishes are considered before construction begins.

One contractor for projects big and small

Not every homeowner needs a complete renovation, and we don’t believe every project needs to become one.

You may need new flooring in one room. You may want to remodel your kitchen. You may have an aging exterior that needs substantial work. Or you may be ready to renovate much of the house at once.

Vextrell Construction can meet the project where it is.

For larger renovations, that means coordinating numerous stages of construction and keeping the overall project moving toward the same finished result. For smaller projects, it means bringing the same organized approach without requiring the project to be larger than it needs to be.

Remodeling throughout the Sacramento area

Vextrell Construction serves homeowners throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Granite Bay, Lincoln, El Dorado Hills, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, and surrounding communities.

If you’re considering a home renovation, exterior improvement, deck, pergola, flooring project, or another substantial improvement to your property, tell us what you’re planning. We’ll take a look at the project, discuss the options, and help determine the best way to move forward.
